Annie O’Shea has over 30 years’ sector wide experience in strategic marketing and communications as well as having held national business leadership and human resource roles in engineering, retail, hospitality and tourism and health sectors. Currently her key role is in leading our innovative team of skilled graphic designers, social media specialists, web developers and photographic and video producers.  Annie works closely with our client base to advise on strategic business development and long term business growth. Annie has Advanced Diploma’s in Business Marketing and Business Innovation and Human Resource Management and was for many years a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) and the Australian Institute of Management (AIM).

Mike O’Shea focusses on research, conceptual design and content writing and has held management roles in Advertising and Marketing in the UK and Australia. Mike has a Bachelor in Applied Management as well as an Academic Excellence Award for the top 15% of all students from Federation University. He is also an accredited facilitator from the Australian Institute of Management.

Kathy Allen has over 20 years experience in versatile Graphic Designer and Digital Arts. She is committed to establishing lasting working relationships with our clients and making the creative journey as enjoyable and easy as possible.
